During my five-night stay, I appreciated the meticulous attention to detail in our room, which included cozy furnishings and a great coffee machine. The staff were helpful, providing complimentary cool drinks by the pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. the pool area could use better upkeep, as we noticed uncollected glasses and towels, detracting from the overall experience. noise from other guests in the evening could disrupt the tranquility.

Staying here for 4 nights was truly enjoyable. I particularly loved the Premier pool access room which offered a quiet retreat away from the main pool. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to satisfy every taste, and the free shuttle service to Ao Nang made exploring the area hassle-free. Although the beach was more rugged and lacked facilities, it was just a short walk away, perfect for some authentic beach time. a nice stay with enough comforts and conveniences to make it memorable.

We had such a nice time here! The pool was a hit with the kids and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast area by the pool made for a great start to our days, although the buffet could’ve used some more options. The only thing was the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but we managed!
